We take the time to examine each record, CD, cover, sleeve, booklet, insert, and included material individually. We look closely for signs of wear, handling, scratches, scuffs, marks, discoloration, creases, seam wear, writing, and other imperfections that may affect its condition or collectibility.

Our goal isn't to give an item the highest grade possible. It's to give it the most accurate grade possible.

Listings are prepared to represent the item you are actually purchasing, with condition details documented as clearly and consistently as possible. When something deserves to be mentioned, we mention it even when it may seem minor.
