The Big Cat's Story
Big Cat Audio was built on a simple belief: music gear should work the way it’s supposed to.
When Big Cat was younger, he bought a DJ turntable online that was advertised as being in excellent condition. When he met the seller, they plugged it in and everything appeared to work, so he bought it and drove home excited to use it. But during the drive he noticed a strange smell filling the car.
When he got home, the turntable wouldn’t turn on at all. When he picked it up, he could hear parts rattling around inside. It became clear the equipment had serious internal damage and had never been properly tested. The seller had lied.
That experience stuck with him and became the reason Big Cat Audio exists today.
At Big Cat Audio, gear is tested, repaired, and restored so it performs the way it should. We rework speakers, fix audio electronics, and service music equipment to make sure customers receive reliable gear they can trust.
